We recognize and respect your right to privacy and are committed to the protection of information that identifies you to third parties and the appropriate use of your personal information.  This Privacy Policy covers only information collected on our website and does not cover information you may share with our representatives offline.

Non-personal identification information

To optimize our services, we may use your personal information for direct marketing. We respect your privacy and will only do so with your consent. You can control if you no longer wish to receive marketing notifications and communications from Darla Gray, LLC by following the unsubscribe options included in such communications and notices. It may take us some time to process your request in accordance with our legal requirements.  Also, please note that you may not opt-out of administrative emails (for example, emails about your transactions or policy changes).

Children’s Online Privacy Protection

This service is a general audience site or service and it is not intended for children under the age of 16.  We do not knowingly collect “personal information” (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”)) on our website.  We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children younger than the age of sixteen (16).  We will delete any personal information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of sixteen (16) or obtain verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA.  If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of sixteen (16) and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us via email at darla@darlagray.com.

California Age Requirements

To the extent you are a California resident, we respect California Law concerning privacy rights for minors.  Therefore, we restrict the use of our website by persons in California to persons 18 years of age or older.  If you are under the age of 18 and a resident of California, you are not permitted to use our website.  If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child, you may, in compliance with our terms and conditions, use our website on behalf of your minor child.  Any information you provide while using our website on behalf of your minor child will be treated as personal information as otherwise set forth herein.   1. If you are a California resident, California law requires us to provide you with some additional information and rights regarding the “personal information” (as defined in the California consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)) we collect from and about you, and your rights with respect to your personal information.  You can find this additional information in our California Privacy Notice.

  2. How we respond to do not track signals for California and Delaware Residents: California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) (as amended effective January 1, 2014) and the Delaware Online Privacy and Protection Act (“DOPPA”) provides that California and Delaware residents are entitled to know how we respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings.  We do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed.  We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.

Additional Privacy Information for Nevada Residents

Under Nevada law, Nevada residents who have purchased goods or services from us may opt out of the “sale” of “covered information” (as such terms are defined under Nevada law) for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons.  Darla Gray, LLC does not engage in such “sales” of “covered information,” but if we were to do so in the future, a Nevada resident who has purchased goods or services from us would have the right to submit a request to opt out of future “sales” activity by emailing us at darla@darlagray.com.  Please note that we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.

We have implemented technology and policies that follow generally accepted industry standards with the objective of protecting your privacy from unauthorized access and improper use and will update these measures as new technology becomes available, as appropriate.
